"Our relationship with Jay from Solutions for Tuition started off great. He helped our son stay on track with his applications, but about 5 months in, it fell apart. As a self employed family we really wanted the financial advice he said he could give us, but that never came to fruition. He never helped us negotiate an offer, we had to bug him for 3 months to fill out the FAFSA/CSS Profile, which is a part of the services we paid for. He told us he would put together an "apples to apples" spreadsheet with all offers our son received. It took us FOUR months of asking for this to receive the correct information. The first several we received had colleges on it we never even looked at, much less applied to. Many emails went unanswered. We finally gave up on his services. He doesn't even know where our son decided to go to school."
