"I just had the worst experience with my order from this place than i have ever had with any food place and when I called to let them know they didn't put some stuff in my order and that the fries were burnt they acted like highschoolers talking in a fake voices passing the phone to one another. I hope i get in contact with the owner soon cause people like that dont deserve to have a job in that industry."

"The Fire Philly I ate had just the right amount of flavor and proportion to make for an enjoyable lunch. It's messy, so come prepared to wear some of the food and grab several napkins. The dining area is dated and dimly lit. It seemed a little untidy, which for many Oil workers isn't an end all story, but I'd be hard pressed to call the atmosphere good. The staff/cooks are great people! They are responsive and courteous, really nice! Tldr; great food to go."

"I went in to check out their new location as their old one wasn’t the greatest I thought this one would be better that is my fault…I ordered my food and it came out wrong but was nicely put together, so I went back up to the counter and they didn’t have a bell to ring so I waited about 3 minutes and no one came to the front to check if anyone was there, I had then proceed to call the phone to get them to the counter the girl came so I let her know it wasn’t how I asked it to be so she took it back to have it remade, it took longer then it did the first time and the sandwich was thrown together most of it was because they put it in upside down when they wrapped it. Thinking about it now I should’ve just handed back the sandwich and got my money back instead of just throwing the sandwich away."
