QDOBA Mexican Eats

"Waited over 30 minutes for a bag of chips. Ask 6 times for it and finally was threatened by the female manager. I will never return here and neither should anyone else. They also had an obviously high employee working that couldn't even close a bag by himself."

"It was ridiculous how rude the lady was that made my order she was yelling at the staff in the back the poor boy and then she looked at me and said with attitude what do you want… there’s no white rice or queso or veggies as she’s scraping the bottom of the pans to put the old crusted queso in the guys bowl in the middle of lunch rush. Then the staff other lady at the end was giving out her cell number to the customers and walking away from the register"

"Excellent customer service, and fresh food. The only issue was most tables had not been cleaned, but I'm certain that was a result of the line and appeared to be understaffed at that moment."

"We have eaten at this Qdoba many times and this was one of the worst experiences we have had. Not only were they out of several basic items but the staff seemed very untrained as well as uninterested in trying to get food correct. Even after having to ask them to remake one of the items, they seemed more interested in helping the next customer than to correct their mistake. At least for once the dining room seemed cleaned."

"Bunch of highschool and college kids that work here who have no professional courtesy. They rush you through your order and behave as if you are inconveniencing them by being a customer. The restaurant definitely needs attention on the cleanliness side. Despite me enjoying Qdoba's food, I am not coming back here. I recommend that you go to Smiling Moose Deli which is next door or Three Amigos Southwest Grill across town for a better dining experience for similar foods."
