"Dr. Silva was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic bedside manner. He called me the wrong name during my appointment when I was about to have a procedure done and it was a little scary wondering if he was about to perform a procedure for a different patient. We had a phone appointment where he called earlier than the scheduled time and I missed the call by a second because I was working so I called right back and he refused to speak to me. Office person said I needed to reschedule which was the most insane thing I’ve ever heard. I told them I never wanted to hear from this doctor again and he tried calling me later that same day. Go to Spine Colorado instead, it’s worth the wait for a doctor that genuinely cares."
