"Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and drive to Grand Junction for foot or ankle healthcare.. After three visits for the same pain problem within month, I was advised that they would seek authorization and schedule an appointment for an MRI. After a week has gone by, I called to check on the status. I was instructed that the order had been sent to the hospital. I called the hospital. They told me they absolutely received no order for my MRI. I call San Juan foot and ankle again and then I am told they have just now requested authorization from the insurance. Completely lied to me and said that they sent the order to the hospital. An entire week has gone by with absolutely zero attempt at sending my order or getting authorization. Horrible service and completely disrespectful to have a conversation with over the phone. When I asked why they allowed a week to go by without processing anything, there was no response and I was accused of being disrespectful."

"Been waiting for an appointment for over a month and a half ,i go in a little late and they want to charge a 75$ reschedule fee.. and looked to be like nobody was even there at 730 am.. wish i could rate 0 stars"

"Had a great consultation visit with Dr Cook! He was so helpful and informative. However, I could not believe that the 15 minute visit cost me $225 - Yikes! Never in my life have I had an office visit cost that much."
