"Fatemeh was fantastic. Normally I file online on my own, but I had more than one return as well as just an overall more complicated return this time due to the passing of my father this last year. Because of this, I opted to meet with an advisor in person and I'm so glad I did. She was completely understanding and kind through the whole processes. She even caught some things I would have missed trying to file on my own and saved me a good chunk of change. Her attention to detail was appreciated, I could not be more pleased. "I gave a 5 because of Ron, he is the best! I brought my taxes to him last year as well and will continue to do so. He always completes my taxes in a timely manner and is super nice! The receptionist is also extremely helpful and quick to answer my phone calls and any questions I had."

"My advisor was pleasant, competent as far as I know, but she and my financial account representatives had difficulties authorizing access, and even when they did, HR Block refused downloads of my financial information due to security concerns. Which is just lame. If your people can't download my data, what good is the Internet. Come on, it's 2020, and you can't accept electronic data???? Totally lame!"

"They were fast and thorough, but are not a good value. They charged us nearly $400 for a personal tax return with no estimate ahead of time. Wow. People don't pay that much for business tax returns with payroll taxes and other complications. Do not recommend as other places offer the same level of expertise and protection for much less."
