"First, I will say I do appreciate Amanda, she has helped me a lot over the years. However, I am not impressed with other staff. I called because I needed to get in for an on going issue and they refused to see me unless I took a picture of a negative Covid test. I had NO Covid symptoms or any reason to believe I had Covid. I was not sick. I told them no as there was no reason to, so Karen said I can just go to urgent care. Umm.. no? I’m not sick, why would I spend more money to go to urgent care for something they wouldn’t help me with? Thankfully I got in with another provider -who agreed that was ridiculous."
