"The wait time wasn't bad the doctors were very nice. They're able to get me antibiotics. The atmosphere was nice and the waiting area is very soothing. The fish tank was very calming. Unfortunately the doctor didn't believe me when I told her that Mercy medical center would not help me. She told me I needed to go to the ER but every time I do they make me leave. Unfortunately there's no other Hospital in Durango except rivergate and they only have limited hours. The urgent Care is very good. I recommend going here before you go to Mercy."

"Dr. Koch was very thorough, compassionate, and gave amazing care. Another Dr came in to consult on my situation, she was great. The radiologist was so careful and answered questions as well. It was a good visit in a painful situation. Everyone there was helpful and kind."
