If you're looking for a PCG who LISTENS to what your concerns are, cares what you think, and never EVER finishes your appointment without double checking to see if there's anything else you want to know, any other concerns you might have, and a "thank you" for being a patient. His staff is efficient, professional, and very nice. They are the BEST!"

"I have symptoms similar to COVID, tested myself negative at home once, had a negative test at AFC Urgent care 2 days later... Who by the way let you walk in there sick, (with a mask) offer you water, and are very kind and sympathetic at the front desk. I called Mesa today because I still do not feel well and think it might be an ear infection. The obviously annoyed front desk informed me "they won't let you walk in here like that" and that I have to have a telehealth visit. I asked her how they're going to diagnose an ear infection over the phone and she didn't have an answer . Very poor customer service and relations... It's 2 years after COVID began, everything has opened back up except the DRS OFFICE?!?! I am fully vaxxed, boosted, and NEGATIVE. This is beyond ridiculous. Someone recommend to me a better office, please, Mesa sucks."

"Dr.Jacques is a great physician and is very thorough. She is very attentive and listens to what is going on. However, the front desk is very rude. The way they respond to the patients on the phone is embarrassing. They sound agitated when helping. I’ve also had problems with billing. Left several messages asking to fix a mistake on the bill. When I did get a call back, the billing dept. didn’t want to listen to what I was saying and wouldn’t follow up with the Dr. about her notes, and proceeded to bill me for something my insurance will cover. I had to reach out to my insurance company to try and get this issue resolved."

"UPDATE 10-25-19 They dismissed me as a patient, with no stated reason. This must be how they respond to criticism. Huh. I was looking for other solutions anyway, but that still seems a bit harsh. Probably fixing the issue would have been a better strategy, but what do I know - I'm just the (former) patient. UPDATE 10-11-19: I can no longer recommend this office fully due to their front desk. Since August, I have gotten nothing but the runaround re: prescriptions, lab reports, etc. Very disorganized; multiple calls required for even the simplest requests. Their IVR (phone system) has also been broken for a while; you have to listen to the whole message three times before it lets you get to ANYONE. I can only assume their front desk staff or office manager has changed over. Dr. Purcell is great, but their administration is now suffering from the typical four corners level of bumbling incompetence. I tried to finally address the ongoing issues with a manager today but she's magically out on vacation, as are the doctor and his assistant. Rare for this area: a medical office which respects its patients' time, follows through on commitments, and provides good service! I have been to the office twice since becoming a new patient (after a terrible experience elsewhere), and each time, Dr. Purcell and his staff were professional and welcoming. If you are tired of shenanigans from other medical offices, try Mesa. I was referred here by one of my employees, and I'm glad I gave them a try!"
