My husband's dry cleaner worked harder to find my husband for a $40 shirt that he forgot to pick up. Charles Schwab did nothing to hep me get my money back. It took nearly 5 months, loads of paper work and phone calls. What kind of financial institution wouldn't have a minimum of a two factor attempt before giving away the money they are supposed to protect. Also, it is 2023 Charles Schwab, and takes 30 seconds to find most people online. Mailing a letter 3 times to the wrong address is not a valid method to give your clients money away."
