"The staff here were fantastic. They replaced one of my tires and inspected the remaining tires, including the spare. They could have easily tried to oversell me on tires but didn't. That's honesty at its finest. Even the other customers were great. Mark, I think he was the service manager, made recommendations on where to travel next. He recommended Spearfish and he was right on the money with his recommendation. John, a customer, was a former long haul trucker but only did locally now, was so pleasant. We talked about how when I park overnight at WalMart the truckers tend to take notice if me in my RV and will sort if park around me as if to offer protection. I appreciate that kindness. Overall a fantastic crew and customers."

"Service was good. Stopped 20 minutes before closing time and they let us know it. Tires were of good quality & ok priced but then they charge you $150/hr. for shop labor for installation of the tires. Not cool"

"I've taken class 8 trucks and trailers to NW several times. The folks there are pleasant and communicative. Their alignments are solid, and they do all three axles. Tire changes are swift and sound. I can't comment on pricing as I've always been signing off on company accounts."
