"Not only did they back into my camper I had just bought 2 weeks before our vacation was planned.... we had an oil change and new tires put on our suburban around the same time. Every other oil change I take to them to have my tires rotated. Today we go to change oil and here they didn't have the filter in all the way and my vehicle leaked almost all the oil out. Could've ruined my 2014 suburban if we hadn't caught it. Who knows, maybe it is messed up and I just don't know yet. Not impressed at all! I've been taking my vehicles here for years with no issues and now it's nothing but issue after issue. Something has changed and it definitely isn't for the better! Not to mention, after they backed into our camper they started to treat us rudely when we went in, like it was our fault their insurance had to pay. Pathetic."
