"Margaret is the best pcp I've ever had. Hands down. She listens and doesn't rush. She's very knowledgeable but if she's not sure about something she'll do research before making assumptions. She's older but keeps up on modern research. She seems genuinely passionate about her work and being a patient of hers feels like having someone fighting for me. She is non-judgmental and supportive even after I relapsed on alcohol. She just made sure to check that my liver was still okay and treated me with kindness. My issues have been difficult to diagnose and she takes on challenges with curiosity and determination rather than being dismissive. Her memory is excellent and her ability to piece together how different health issues may interact is impressive. At times I think she keeps better track of my health struggles than I do! Because of her own health and age, it can sometimes be difficult to get in with her but I can't complain about that because she puts so much energy into what she does that it's worth it. Any issues I've had with getting in touch or having calls returned slowly at times is outweighed by the quality of care Margaret provides. More is accomplished in a single appointment with her than I've ever received from another provider."

The staff and doctor took the time to listen and get to the heart of the matter. First time in 15 years that I felt comfortable enough to be honest. This family practice is the BEST place in town. "To start, Pretty horrendous customer service here. Not sure what kind of operation they think they are running, but the whole thing smells funny. I filled out an application to become a new patient. They said they’d get back to me in a week or two. Well, a few months later, I had still not gotten a call back. So I called them to check on the status - naturally - thinking maybe some wires got crossed. Maybe they had the wrong number, etc. Who knows? The customer service girl answered the phone with an attitude right off the bat. I was taken aback, but held my tongue and politely filled her in on my situation. Her response? “We will call you when a place opens up.” She never asked my name or offered to look into the matter. I repeated that it had been months ago and politely reminded her that wires could have gotten crossed and the estimated time to see a dr was a week or two. She was getting irritated by now and insisted they would call me when a place opened. Her attitude was so rude that it legitimately hurt my feelings and I hung up. I don’t want to place my medical care in the hands of people that would allow their patients such toxic treatment on the front lines. I wish I’d gotten her name, but I was too flustered and upset by the end of the conversation, I forgot. By the way; it’s been about two years now...still haven’t heard from them."

"Very warm and friendly office. It's kind of hit and miss though. I have had visits there, that have made me feel so attended to, so personalized and so thorough. I couldn't have been happier. Truly the friendliest medical office by far. I am going through a disability situation, and my care and communication with my doctors is vital to my well being. But, somewhere in the office, there must be personal issues that need to be attended to (as every human being goes through, at some point). They don't seem to have a contingency for inter office emergencies , so you are just left hanging out there in space. If I were to tell you, how many times I have gotten, any type of response, even to make an appointment, in the last 4+ months, it would make them look pretty bad, and that's not my intention, just an honest review. I have never been more happy, or more frustrated with my medical care. If I wasn't so desperate, to have physician contact, and my disability requirements met, I'd stay. It's a shame, they truly are capable of phenomenal treatment and care."
