"This was absolutely the worst care I have ever received hands down. You go to the ER for HELP, not to be gaslit and ignored. I waited there for 5 hours to get 2 min of the doctors time and he basically told me I was imagining things, and to go home and wait for a referral call from a specialist. I was supposed to be seen by the specialist THAT AFTERNOON (it even says so on my discharge papers), and it's been 5 days and still no call from the specialist with no help from the hospital. Would absolutely never go here again even if I was dying. Their job is to help people and I left sobbing and defeated with zero help or follow up. I literally cannot believe what happened. Worst hospital and doctor ever. I cannot stress enough how awful the care was."

"Wow what a difference. Went in on a Wednesday night about 10pm and we were home by 11. The nurse and the doctor were amazing. Both very personable and really listened to me. Although it wasn't anything too serious, it could have turned into something much worse had I waited to be seen in the morning. Thank you to the staff for helping me feel better!"

"I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt like this was much needed. I my husband and I took our daughter into the ER at this hospital a few days ago. We had a long wait but of course the ER was busy. Once we got In the nurses there were very kind checking on me and my husband along with making sure my daughter got what she needed when she needed it. We then saw Dr.Cunningham I believe and he was great he gave us all the information we needed and what was going on with our daughter he would constantly ask if we had any questions. Later our daughter ended up being admitted in and we went to a room in the regular portion of the hospital there we had met a lot of CNA’s RT’s and nurses. They all where so kind and caring towards our little daughter Nurse Emily and Sam where amazing and really seemed to care for our daughter they seemed sad to see her go because along caring for her they enjoyed her and it’s people like you two who give us hope and peace when you care for our loved ones. As first time parents it was hard on us but you helped us as well and our daughter to get well god bless you all! Thank you all again the ~Sanchez family"

"Haley Carlton, PA agreed to order updated MRIs and refer me to a Spinal Neurosurgeon. Not only did she fail to do that, but calls to her office were ignored. Calls to her nurses were ignored. I finally succeeded in getting it done myself, no thanks to her or her worthless staff. The results: SEVERE cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral STENOSIS with loss of cord signal in 2 locations, according to UC Health. The results were sent to Haley and she chose to IGNORE them. She doesn't care, as long as she gets her paycheck! To make matters worse, the ignorant chief radiologist at Delta Memorial Hospital claimed I have Osteopenia. He couldn't have been more wrong! Per recent DEXA scores (bone density scans) performed at UC Health, I have SEVERE Osteoporosis. What a loser! He needs to go back to school and pay attention, this time! Haley also received the results from my Endocrinologist at UC Health and chose to ignore them, as well! My Endocrinologist ordered blood tests prior to my going to Denver to see her. For the THIRD time, Delta Memorial Hospital failed to get the results to the ordering physician. I knew they would f it up, so I explained that they had failed to do that twice before, and was ASSURED that they would get it right this time! Well, guess what? The losers still couldn't do a simple thing that they are REQUIRED to do. There's a well-known saying here on the Western Slope: "People only go to Delta Memorial Hospital to die." It says a lot when the company had to change their name! They're now Delta Health, but still operate the same way!"

"Came into the e.r today for severe back pain because I had fallen. Was given a room trauma room 12 from what all the signs said and they left someone’s blood all over the counter still. I had been crying in pain for over an hour while all the nurses sat there and laughed about goats at the state fair and cooking banana bread. Also they neglected to tell me there was only one doctor. Was only offered ice but that wouldn’t help with the amount of pain I am in. Do not recommend what so ever. Never going back I’d rather just die."
