"Staff is nice. Place is clean. Best of all is the doctors actually spend time with you and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or herded through like cattle. I have only been here a few times, but never had to wait long. That’s really nice. I had to move to Ca. A few years ago for work, and I hated the doctors out there. I spent 2.5 hours waiting and saw the doc for about 8 minutes. I am so happy to be back home and have a doctor that cares. Dr. Esposito is great and I highly recommend her."

"Been through at least 6 doctors in six years ..they cant keep any stable staff and are constantly asking for you to re-establish care because doctors come and go. Worst customer service no matter how sick you are they want what they want done first then you can see a doctor. AND THEY CHARGE YOU TO RE-ESTABLISH CARE!"

"Heather Tobin is my NP and I saw her today.... she's always there to talk...take time to see what's going on and how she can help. Her knowledge and care make me feel so glad I came in....no matter what the health issue is she talks to you and gives you options. I also think the staff at GVPC are the very best and so professional. Best place for health care."

"Sad situation going on at this Prumary Care office,they are always calling for me or my adult son to come in for a well check visit,but now I'm trying to find a doctor for my husband&they could not simply say no,we are not open to new patients,instead they want us to fill out an application&they hold it for 90days then we can full out another application 90days later....what a mess!!! My husband wanted to get his cholesteral&BP&prostate numbers checked,jeez he could be dead at this rate,90 days turning into 6mos,9mos,a year etc what a mess and poor communication skills but at least I got thru on the phone after being on hold for a few minutes,last time I had to physically GO to the office to try to get an appointment for my other son who fell thru the ceiling&was sore 2wks later, this place had NO appointments for an established patient so my son had to go to Urgent Care paying over $500. They need to fix it somehow what a mess."
