The administration side of things runs so smoothly. The studio is clean, organized and their recitals and ballets are absolutely wonderful. "My daughter is in the hip hop class and while the instructor is nice, the studio is just poorly organized. The classes are ran back to back and her class always starts 5 minutes behind. Plus, today from 1230 to 1258 my daughter's class did not even have her instructor present as she was running a mommy and me class as I was told by the front desk. My daughter's class got moved to room B and from 1230 to 1258 her class were just running around playing with a stand in adult present on her phone. It wasn't until after I complained to the front desk that I saw the instructor come into the room, which will only be until 1:15 as the class ends at that time. Also, when I went to the front desk to complain, one of the workers was very dismissive of my concerns. Thankfully, her recital is next week and she will be done with this studio. For $60 a month, there should be better organization and customer service."
