"I have been a part of the Women's Empowered program for many months and can not sing their praises enough for their knowledge and support, as well as the inclusive environment they create. Coaches Lucy and Tanya take the time to ensure that everyone is practicing with proper technique and doing it safely. There are ladies ages 12 to 70+, all body types, and everyone is welcomed and equal. My child is also in the Bully Proof program, and coaches Ethan and Cora are fantastic at explaining the items at the childrens level. The techniques they teach anyone can perform as it doesn't require a lot of muscle tone. It relies primarily on bone structure and leverage.
