"I've not ever had a less than ideal visit with the staff at this facility. It's sad to see that more than one person has, but it appears to stem from the front desk staff. Again, I've not ever had an issue, but maybe customer service training is warranted - or something like it. My primary is fabulous as is her medical assistant. They both take the time to listen to our (me and my family's) issues/concerns. Even the urgent care side was phenomenal especially when compared to Cedar Point - which is setting the bar low so maybe that's not a fair comparison. But seriously, our experience has been incredibly pleasant and helpful. I'm so glad you all are here in Palisade! However, I also feel the parking situation is less than desirable, but I won't deduct a star for it. That blame belongs on the civil engineers."

"Absolutely the most rude people I’ve ever met. I’m glad I wasn’t the one getting a new doctor because I would have been livid. The front desk lady rolled her eyes at me when my boyfriend and I walked in. They had zero empathy, patience, or understanding of what he had to say. Cut him off mid sentence, refused to have a healthy conversation with him, verbally attacked him for not taking care of his diabetes, and then pretty much told him to leave without asking if he was willing to start taking care of his health.(we won’t accept a new patient who doesn’t [do what we want]) WHICH IS WHY HE WAS HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. DONT go here!"
