"Asked specifically for a quote to ship a K2500. Representative called promptly and offered quote, and I informed him I needed 1 or 2 more quotes before decision to contract. The K2500 seller had a shipper he works with and reduced cost by $350.00, door to door. Roadrunnet rep subsequently called, got upset, and said seller was probably illegitimate, which seller certainly is bonafide. I've shipped my collection of vehicles from CA, to MD to MT and overseas without issue. Roadrunner is the first company to hang up on me, and not counter offer if they wanted my buisiness. I'll be certain to relay this info through clubs, websites, and in person. Insulting and hanging up on potential clients is atrocious. YES, I had used Road Runner in the past to move 3 vehicles, low chance of that happening again."

"Terrible communication. Was promised to get car shipped on June 11th was guaranteed a phone call on the Friday June 10th never got the call. I actually called 2 days prior, left messages for the guy that set up my appointment he never called back. I finally called on June 10th spoke to the front desk lady told me it can be anywhere from 10mins to 10 days. LOL. waited Saturday Sunday no calls. That's when I knew I was done with this company and had to look elsewhere. Then way after the due date all of a sudden they blowing up my phone. Now you guys want to communicate its too late. Business is Business. Don't make promises you can't keep and don't avoid customers when they got questions. This was not the first time. And each time I reschedule a booking the price goes up. Road Runner you guys could keep you Business. Don't want it"
