"First time trying Jiu Jitsu. Went with my sister and her family. The trainer was really nice. He went over a few moves and then let us roll. Watched closely and gave good direction. I had my kids wanting to join in and he was understanding and gave me tips and things to do with them to build up better reflexes and moves that would help with other opponents. Really enjoy the experience, would definitely go again."
