"I really like Dr. Moore, unfortunately we will have to switch practices because the office staff is rude and it is impossible to get an appointment when you have a sick child. Half the time messages don’t get returned and they are never available. Don’t plan on being seen if you’re sick, go ahead and make an appointment at urgent care. The only time you’ll be seen is at well child checks that you schedule 6-9 months in advance."

"I have so many complaints about this office I don’t know where to begin. When you walk in the office looks cluttered and dingy. The front desk is never very friendly and rarely looks up when you enter. It was difficult to schedule our children’s vaccinations and they don’t even offer a child COVID shot yet. Unbelievable. Our oldest has an asthma plan with this office. His asthma was getting bad so I tried to get an order called in for a steroid. The provider would not call it in without seeing him even though we have a plan with multiple visits for his asthma. We made an appointment for the earliest time which was 3:00. His asthma continued to get worse throughout the day. The provider ended up canceling the appointment one hour prior because she got sick. We went to urgent care then they sent us to the ER. We ended up with a huge ER visit that could have been avoided had the prescription just been called in. I was waiting behind a woman who was asking about vaccinations for her daughter, she thought the missed one and was wondering which one. The front desk called the MA or nurse in back, and I could literally hear her talking on the phone from around the corner, she was answering the front desk woman’s questions who then had to relay all that info to the patient. Such poor patient care. The MA/nurse should have simply walked around the corner to assist the woman with her questions. Overall I do not like this office and it mostly stems with unkind and unwelcoming atmosphere. But our insurance accepts them so we are kind of stuck. We are now with Sr Silky and he is very nice and great with the kids. We are hopeful."

"My children see Jason Silkey and he has been so awesome since we have had him. He really seems to care and always has great advice. The office staff is friendly. The nurse staff is also friendly. I recommend this office."

"Dr. Moore has been our family’s primary pediatrician since 2017. She is consistently excellent. Recently, we got a same day appointment for a suspected infection in one of my children. She was empathetic and effective toward my sick child and her sister. They loved getting lollipops from her and cute face masks. Both kids were prescribed antibiotics which would leave them not contagious in 24 hours. Yay! That night, both kids needed anti nausea meds which we didn’t plan on needing. Dr. Moore helped us get those meds at 8:30pm when the pharmacy was closed. 30 mins after getting the meds, my children were their recognizable selves again. There’s no words to accurately describe how much I appreciated what Dr. Moore did for us when she didn’t have to—other than to say, we will be patients for life!"
