Club Pilates

"I was sick one morning and contacted them to see if they could waive the cancelation fee for not showing up on short notice. My home club said I needed to contact greenwood village club since that's where I had the class scheduled. My membership ended a few weeks after that because I canceled it. I've emailed them 4 times now about the charge and can't get a response. I also can't get through on their phone. They charged me 10 dollars and maybe because my membership ended they've decided I'm not worth a response. Response to club: I have continued to call and send emails. If you are not getting the emails, then you have provided the wrong email address on your website. I have all of the correspondance and calls that you say never came through documented in my phone. I have not been able to get through on the phone because there is never an answer when I call. My information is absolutely in the system because I was a member paying over $200 a month from October to January for yours and the sister clubs in the area. Please update your email address and other contact information if it is incorrect on your website, because I haven't been able to get ahold of you for months. I no longer live in the area so I cannot drive to your location to deal with this."

"I really don’t understand the negative reviews. The math is not matching for me. I love this studio. It is clean and the instructors are nice. Meg is amazing. I had never done Pilates and she reassured me all will be okay and answered all my questions. Trust I had a lot! I did the intro class with Amy and she was attentive. I have an injury and she kept looking out for me. Sophia’s classes are fun. Her play list is a vibe. What better way to start your mornings. Monica Monica Monica whew her classes will have your muscles speaking in tongues. Forget wine Wednesdays. Wednesday 7pm is reserved for Monica. Andrea is attentive and kind and she will always look out for you when it comes to form. Honestly every one there is top Notch. I also like how encouraging they are and they won’t hold you back if they think you are ready for the next level. I have never had a negative experience here. Best thing I could have done for my injury."

"Went for the free Intro class. Front of house was lovely, instructor was vibrant and energetic. If you're into pilates..I can see this being a great place. Going back for full class soon."

The staff at the Greenwood studio is so nice and accommodating, and the workouts are carried and engaging. Highly recommend."

The classes have made me stronger (and kept me sane), and my instructor, Rita Guillen, is one of the best I've ever had. She's aware of every nuance in every movement, every muscle, every breath. Oh. And we also laugh a lot. Love this place. Would recommend it to anyone interested in getting into a Pilates program."
