The collection of machines - eclectic, yet absolutely the best design for each function, always result in a highly effective workout (my faves are the Atlantis full ROM lateral raise and the Hammer Strength lying rear delt fly machine, among many others)The environment is absolutely supportive, regardless of level. "Heard rumors about this place before coming to Denver. Rumors were true! This is one of the best gyms for serious bodybuilding. So many awesome machines and their leg equipment will leave anyone crippled! Definitely reaches the standards of Destination Dallas gym in Dallas which so far is the no 1 gym!
