"Upon arriving at my appointment time, I was seen immediately. The doctor was very caring and thorough. She had X-rays taken and all possible help was given. Instructions of how to care for my swollen ankle were thorough. Ankle was wrapped with an ace bandage and I was given a boot to wear to prevent further aggravation of my ankle problem. Extremely pleased wit my visit!"

"Dr. Fay herself is amazing. The 1st day I was seen on a Monday staff was great. I was told that I was wanted back on a Wednesday when I can in there was a young girl working and a gentlemen so nice. There was an older lady working with shoulder length hair who was very curt and not friendly at all. She did not listen to what I had to say, I then left because speaking to her was not good for my peace. I then called and talked to someone in the cmu side because that is where Dr.Fay works the woman who answered the phone to my info put me on hold twice was not hospitable in the least. I got a call back from Brittany who tried to be nice unfortunately due to her colleague lack of info taking she had no clue what I was talking about, so once I could speak and get my case out it was nothing but excuses for lack of service.. an I'm sorry but. It really sucks that medical care is what it is in this valley a majority of the people in the medical field here do not know bedside manner. I will not be returning to this facility even though I had been going there over 10 years. Not because of Dr. Fay I just want to reiterate she was fantastic!"
