"I was taken by ambulance to Southwest Memorial Hospital in Cortez, Colorado, following the car I was driving T-boned by a drunk driver in Mancos. Dr. Bagley was the physician assigned to my care for the two days I was admitted. He was extremely thorough and explained each procedure that was planned.
