"It took a long time to get an initial appointment. However, there are very few rheumatologis in the valley so I was happy to get in his service. Dr Cappiello takes his time and is very thorough. He is also very kind. I had a severe inflammation problem a year ago and he got me through it."

"Took forever to get an appointment. I was rescheduled at the last minute due to the doctor's schedule. Set an appointment at her convenience and I showed up 10 minutes late. They canceled, it's their policy. Understandable - kind of but there was not one other patient in the office. I figure okay they will accommodate me with the next available appointment. No, she says Dr. Rooks says to schedule you in 3 months! No thank you. You obviously do not care for your patients. I will never recommend this office to anyone. Not welcoming and not accommodating."
