"This was a wonderful experience. The office staff was kind, even though I was late. Dr. Goforth listened carefully and explained things so I could understand them. I enjoyed my time with him and felt comfortable I got the information I needed to make a decision and keep my problem from progressing."

"The doctors are great but lately the scheduler and receptionist there are dropping the ball. Over a week ago I called and left a messaged asking for a call back. I was informed back in April that they would be having someone new to cut toe nails for those that have diabetes later this year no longer than August. Yet I have not received a call to schedule an appointment with anyone. So I called to see if the person coming into the practice was delayed or wasn't coming at all. No one has bothered to return my message. It's disappointing that a place with great doctors has staff that is not being very responsible and calling back it's clients. Back in April my mom was supposed to be scheduled for an appointment back in February and some how the ball was dropped and she wasn't able to be seen. This is not the first time a branch of Family Health West has been unreliable. I rather have my insurance pay for me to go to Denver than to play a cat and mice game. Such a shame and very disappointing that this place has gone down hill so much this fast."

"I was set up by the scheduler for cortizone shots in my feet in 9 days. That would be 2 days before a sports event I was to participate in. My feet are Really hurting. First they said they no longer had my records and were "on a new system". Then they said it had been 2 yrs 8 mos since my last shots and that sometimes people get cortizone shots every 3 mos . . . so the problem is what? They told me 1 1/2 days before my appointment that the Dr. Moore doesn't want to do it and that I should go to Dr Goforth. He can't see me for another month. You wasted my time and were SO unprofessional. You need a lesson in being competent in your jobs. I will not return."
