"Website stated walk-ins welcome (nothing about calling ahead or turning anyone away). I approached the receptionist and said I need to be seen only to be met with do you have an appointment? No, i am a walk-in. Sorry, we are not seeing anyone else. You can go to fruita to be seen. You don't need an appointment there. I said your website said you take walk-ins, and I can wait. The receptionist looks right at me and very condescending stated we are booked. No one was there. You may want to update your website. To state we don't take walk-ins. This location does not tale walk-ins."

"Went here with strep throat and an ear infection and then again for a follow up. I haven’t established a PCP and figured this would be my best bet. Both times I was seen promptly and felt like the PAs who helped me really listened and tried to find a solution. I would recommend this place for an urgent care visit. "Saw a provider here for annual wellness checks for myself & my children. The provider chose to code the visit in such a way that our insurance is not paying as it was not coded as an annual/wellness visit (preventative care). The provide refuses to change it, leaving us with $400+ in medical expenses. The provider charged us over $200 for a "nutrition consult" for talking with my son about eating habits, which she asked about. We had hoped to establish care with a new provider but will never return to this clinic."
