"Jordan was awesome! He was fast and responsive when I called this morning after hitting a bird. He came to me outside of town and replaced the windshield. Super fast, professional and beat every price in town. I will absolutely be recommending First Class for any future glass repair."

"We threw thousands of dollars of work for him. When he finally showed up the work he did was good. However the first day he never showed up after scheduling. Second day he was 3.5 hours late, making him show up at 7 at night. He then replaced glass in two pickups and tinted a vehicle of mine, and he worked late till 1am. At the end of install I tried to give him a check for the work, and was informed he couldn't accept because accounts were negative and needed money from a card or cash. I told him that was fine and the next day paid my part of bill (was a joint ordeal of having him come out between two of us) and on Saturday at 9pm I get a phone call from him demanding the half from the other entity saying mother's day is tommorow and he needs the money. Was very rude and unprofessional, telling me payment was due at time of install even though I tried to pay, with no warning that he would not take a check for full amount. The biggest cluster f I have ever seen"

Was very helpful over the phone while helping me know which windshield I needed as there were 9 options to choose from.
