"alignment resulting in tire wear on the outside. Had to have the vehicle re-aligned while traveling. They did not refund the re-alignment. I was told they did poor work and had trouble getting good help. I will take my business to the new Les Schwabb that is opening here soon."

"I do not suggest. My son dropped off a tire from my daughters blazer. He left instructions for a new tire of the same size. I called to pay for the tire and have them leave it outside as she works long hours, my son works nights and I also work out of town. Thought the price was high, asked if it was the same tire, and he said yes it was, he rattled the size off and I specifically said “as long as it was the same size as what was on there”. My daughter picks the tire up and they PUT ON THE WRONG SIZE!!!! I tried calling after hours, left a message on facebook group there was a problem and they needed to call me. Got a call from Sarah Tjelde netzer that they wouldn’t take care of it outside of business hours and I needed to return them to fix the issue. Also was extremely rude in responding that it was “good for me high five” I was currently at my sons football game and did not have time to argue and that the Facebook post would come down when the issue was fixed. It is Labor Day weekend. My daughter needs to get to another job to help with harvest. And now Monday she needs to try to explain to her boss why she has to attend to this issue courtesy of lees tire…… Absolutely horrid customer service. I do not recommend. A total of 4 times they could have gotten the size right. 4!!!"
