"Ann or Anna, the manager, was very rude and condescending. l was looking for an air filter, but unfortunately, Ford lists three displacements as a generic sticker in the engine bay. She told me that they made filters for a Ford Escape turbo diesel that were cylindrical at this point I knew she had no idea what she was talking about, because the filters are a rectangle accordion style, but proceeded to sell me an air filter that was for the v6 turbo gas engine which was twice the size I needed. So I got a refund and went next door to Autozone, who not only sold me the right part but was very pleasant in doing so..."
