"Poor customer service, and not happy with grooming results. Customers aren't allowed through the door, so you're forced to conduct business on the driveway. No mechanism to inspect the grooming or provide comments for changes. They are unable to provide printed receipts for payments, and don't return phone calls in a timely manner. Each of 2 grooming appointments took 4.5 - 5 hours, and cost $55 per dog. I won't go back, after asking for a schnauzer cut and having my dog's entire skirt shaved off from chest to tail. REVIEWER UPDATE: It’s now been 8 months, and my dogs have had 4 appointments with a new professional groomer since my review. My schnauzer’s skirt still hasn’t grown back in."
