"I brought my dog there to be groomed four or five times it was super happy with the service then one of the gals retired. But I brought her back anyway thinking that The shop would provide consistent service. They didn’t. Upon on my return to pick up my dog they informed me that they were charging an extra $10 above the normal fee. On top of a tip. 75$ !! The gal completely changed the dogs face without consulting me before. didn’t trim her nails. I paid her what she wanted but I probably shouldn’t have. I’m so mad my face to gets red thinking about it. My suggestion to you if you’re looking for a good groomer go somewhere else. I don’t feel that I was treated fairly and it’s going to take six months for the dogs facial hair to grow back out again maybe longer. The dog is a specific breed needs to be groomed a specific way which I covered time and time again every time I went into the shop to book an appointment."

"Have been stood up twice by this grooming shop in the same month. We scheduled to bring our dog in for a grooming. Took time from work to drop our dog off and there was no one at their shop. Made several calls and left a message with no returned call. Tried again days later to find one of the groomers had an emergency and that's why the shop was closed. Made our second appointment for today and again took time from work to drop our dog off and no one was at the shop. No call, nothing. We'll never take our dog here again. They have the worst customer service!"

"They took wonderful care of our girl. She came out happy and peppy. We had a bad experience at our last groomer and these ladies have won our business! They even threw in a holiday bandana as a bonus! Thanks heathly bone!"

"They completely shaved my mini Schnauzer's beard off without asking. They butchered my poor puppy. They did a great job the first time I brought him in with the schnauzer style haircut but the second time he was just completely shaved except for some very crooked eyebrows. The person working said they were tired and just wanted to go home which makes me feel like they just rushed through. I would of rather have took my dog home and brought him back another time than ruin his beard that took a year to grow. Maybe next time give a courtesy call before deciding to completely shave a dog down."

"What a great place to get your dog groomed!!! I have an 11 year old chow / collie mix that has reservations about grooming from bad past experiences at other grooming places. Mishka always gets a perfect Lion cut when she goes to The Healthy Bone. While she still doesn't like the trip to a groomer she comes out in good spirit with a phenomenal hair cut. They even give her an awesome bandana that she wears for weeks to come. I would refer them over and over!"
