"Peak Performance Running High Altitude Camp was a huge step forward for my son. He truly enjoyed the camp experience but as a father I can see he brought home many tools that he immediately put into use when he returned. He was certainly a more confident XC runner, not just in his own running abilities but a better understanding of how consistency in training, nutrition, hydration, goal setting, a focus on injury prevention strategies, and doing the hard work were the determining factors of how a XC season would play out. He was made a big step forward this year in understanding that its a process, results are not always immediate but if you look at journey from 6 months ago he is a different athlete. Appreciate Peak Performance helping to build up that foundation and give him insights into what a post-high school environment will be like. He returned committed and set a goal for himself to help his team get to the State Finals. The team not only achieved that goal but along the way were undefeated Section champs, District Runner-up, and end up 4th place in the 2A State Championships. Great stuff!"

"My younger son joined Peak Performance late last spring because he loves to run. He runs an extra mile or two after his flag football games and loves playing soccer because, well he likes to run!
