"EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, very professional, classy, helpful, honest - excellent experience! I sold some items for the first time here. I was treated very professionally, but MORE importantly- the entire staff was attentive, and FRIENDLY. The selling process was efficient and very fair and reasonable. To make an already awesome experience better, Kathy, the associate who helped me with the sale of my items, had made an error - and reached out to me personally AFTER I had left to tell me she actually owed ME more money. It was a nice surprise to get a little extra cash - but of course the honesty, and excellent customer service she demonstrated was priceless.
