"Holy cow WHAT did we happen upon when we decided to drop in to Jamie's, all level, solstice yoga class? Wow! It was the complete experience! Themes of, shedding the unproductive, the gifts of winter, and opening to the new, we're pulled throughout the 75-minute class. So much care was evidently put into the experience from the setting of intentions, the playlist, the poses, the drumming through savasana and the parting. At the end my body felt challenged, stretched, and restored. My heart felt seen and connected. This class was exemplary. Highly recommend."
