Comfort Inn North - Air Force Academy Area

"This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The front desk clerks were so nice and accommodating during our stay. And they had housekeeping every day, which is pretty rare at hotels now a days! My room was very clean and the view was great. Breakfast was great as well. The room was spacious as well. I left an item there and they were nice enough to mail it to me."

"The television didn’t work in the room we were originally assigned and the stopper was broken in the sink so it wouldn’t drain. I notified the front desk attendant and he was less than concerned and not at all helpful. He said he was sending someone to the room, after waiting over an hour I returned to the front desk and he was gone (shift change). The representative that took over had no knowledge of the situation. After filling her in, she apologized and switched our room. The next room had hair and flakes on the bed and on the top of the fridge, so cleanliness definitely could be improved. The television worked but flickered to a blank screen every 30 seconds or so. The breakfast was good! Hot and cold options. The hotel is conveniently located."

"This location is beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping cleaned and replenished amenities daily. The pool and hot tub are very dated and show some distress but we enjoyed them. Breakfast was great just wished there were more options during the week."
