"Really enjoyed Garretts Power Vinyasa class. The class was maybe 2/3 full but it felt there was enough space to move around for each pose. The studio was good vibes. Would recommend."
"I’m just getting back into yoga after years away and I realize this is a business but a person needs a certain amount of space to move and practice properly. If you want to feel like a sardine then this is the place to go. You can’t even move through the poses in a full class with how tightly everyone is packed in. Second gripe, and this is my own fault, I left my water bottle there on a Sunday and the next day when I came to claim it I was told that the lost and found had been donated to goodwill. I know it’s my own fault but not a great way to get started. Oh well. I would give this place 5 stars if they would limit class sizes to a reasonable amount."
"Such a good experience! My friends and I came for a sculpt class and everyone was so kind and welcoming (even though we were total amateurs). Definitely will be coming back"
"I still love the SB and go here when I can, but I feel the quality of classes has gone down with the increase of people in general going here. I come early all the time, just to be asked to move and accommodate a class with close to 30 people. I know there is a notion to close and lock the door at class time but several classes I’ve attended recently allow yogis to come late and squeeze into a room like bugs, and then class starts late. I would encourage the teachers to adhere to starting on time and closing the door on time. It makes for a super uncomfortable class with that many people sweating on each other, and not to mention it makes the room even hotter almost to an unhealthy level. I have been coming here for close to 7 years and wish things were consistent amongst teachers. I know it is still a business and money needs to be made."
"Such a wonderful, welcoming yoga studio! I especially love Katie's hot sculpt class. It is challenging, fantastic, and fun! Such a great way to start my weekend. Thank you Sweaty Buddha"
