"Loved the location and loved the room. I wish they were more up front with the up charges. They made it sound like they’d bring a door dash delivery to your door as a courtesy but they charge $30 a trip to your door."

"Don’t be fooled by the mundane name — Thompson Denver is a gem! It feels like Denver but with boutique flair. Rooms are elegant. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was so good. The burger honestly might be the best I’ve ever had. And the service is first class. Everyone is polite and helpful. Yani at the front desk in particular represents the best of this. She was juggling a few things but was super accommodating when I asked for some documents to be printed out for meetings tomorrow. You don’t get better service or ambiance at hotels than what I’ve experienced here. Five stars!"

"This property was a luxury stay! I stayed here over the weekend and I enjoyed the stay. The king room was nice and it smelled so good upon arrival! The customer service is amazing and very attentive. Valet is pricey it was $59 a night (with in and out access). The bar had good food and drinks, I ordered the burger and it was sooo good! The Raynard Social was a vibe with a good DJ! I will definitely revisit this property next time I visit Denver!"

"Excellent stay at the Thompson. The staff are extremely helpful and personable. Had a great experience at the bar with Lauren who recommended a good alternative drink to the Gillette pomme (not a huge fan) from the cocktail menu. Will absolutely stay here again when I am in Denver. I can only assume the other locations maintain the same high level of quality and service."
