"5 Stars all the way! Exactly what an AirBnB experience should be! Exceptionally clean, simple layout with room to hang out both inside and outside on the patio, comfortable beds/furniture, very private and far off the street, well equipped kitchen with big refrigerator, tons of natural light. Great yard for dogs that is fully enclosed. Superb freeway access makes it easy to get around. Neighborhood feels very safe and houses in the area are well kept. Most of all, Sarah is a friendly and gracious host who knows the neighborhood, gives great advice about the area and communicates well. Her dog Copper is a "best boy in the world" kind of pup. Another good thing, since this is a converted detached garage located within a backyard, I didn't feel like I was displacing a Denver resident who needs affordable housing... enjoyed my stay with a clean conscience. Wouldn't change a thing! Look forward to staying here again!"

"Stayed at Sarah’s place last fall. It’s a true gem in a great area. It’s conveniently located in the hip Highlands neighborhood, between downtown Denver, Boulder and Red Rocks. Within 5-10mins walking you also find shops, restaurants and pubs on Tennyson Street and Highland Square. Despite being conveniently located, this cozy guesthouse is very private in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It has all modern amenities and is super clean! It also has a lovely private patio to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Denver!"
