Our mission is to promote holistic wellness through the practice of yoga and other wellness activities. Currently, we are offering online live Zoom continuing education lectures, with plans to offer in-person certifications for 200-hour yoga teacher training, Aerial yoga teacher training, Yin Yoga teacher training, and Pre-natal yoga teacher training in 2024.
