"Course: NRA BIT & Basics of Pistol Shooting ILT Having spent time with the US Coast Guard in a maritime law enforcement unit, I've taken my fair share of firearms training by various quality instructors. I can say without hesitation that I was very impressed and pleased with the NRA Instructor Training provided by Guy and Suzanne Masterson from Pureland Security (NRA Training Division of Elephant Mountain Firearms Training). This is the kind of hard to come by quality-training aimed to grow individuals into their potential by providing them with the right instruction, tools, and resources. The communication with PS was excellent from start to finish. Guy and Suzanne were very attentive and responsive throughout the certification process, answering questions and providing follow-up via emails and over the phone. The classroom portion of the training was dynamic, well-timed, and the instructor candidates were encouraged to participate actively in a positive environment. The range activities were no exception to the well-structured course. The instructors promoted an environment of safety allowing you to remain focused and relaxed before, during, and after the qualification shooting. The one-on-one interaction with Guy during this phase was very valuable, as he provided the instructor candidates with feedback and advice to help troubleshoot and sharpen their shooting skills. The two days of training were long and intense, with plenty of information to digest, but well worth it. I highly recommend Pureland Security to anyone looking for high-quality firearms training in a good learning environment, offered by knowledgeable professionals committed to safety and to the culture of liberty."
"We came to them asking for proper traing for my wife and other family members but the decide that the names on our emails constitute that we are not good enough for there service and decide that we should have to explain out email name to them just so that they could decide if the thought we was good enough to pay them for a service they offer and to let you know they wS worried about lostlake as the email for the person who singed up for the class yes they have this option but this seams a little bit on the petty side and also its an email quit trying to read so deap mines has been mine since I was 16 I'm now 36 I have a Profesional one and one for other thing but sure think and judge that's what your God tells you todo"
"I took both of their classes and it was so worth it! I feel so much more comfortable handling pistols. The teachers went over the laws in detail which was very helpful. Going out to the range, they taught us how to defensively use our pistols as well as answering any questions we had. Love this company!"
""I traveled a long way, bypassing several other options, to attend NRA firearm instructor certification by Pureland Security - Elephant Mountain. I had heard from two different sources about the differences in their approach and the type of quality they accomplish. The two day course involves so many dimensions of training, it really is quite a valuable life experience! Firearm safety was demonstrated and taught from a variety of angles that enriched my competence and confidence. The prayer at start of range session meant a lot to me. Guy and Suzanne Masterson have been running these for over 10 years. Their teamwork and harmony are real difference makers for instructor candidates looking to forge an effective service to our communities. My Pureland Security training blended powerful knowledge with a great brand of sincere kindness. They are every bit tough enough without crossing into paramilitary, and still you leave feeling growth from education built on real dignity.""
"Great experience, Suzanne and Guy are excellent instructors bringing wisdom in the gun field. The session was fun and I learnt a lot. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly come back with my family."
