"I can not say enough about or experience here. Rooms are spacious and beautiful with fire places which I adore. Food is top in notch in ALL of the restaurants to include Ajax. Staff is amazing, so kind and accommodating. For example we were here for a birthday party and didn't have candles. We called the concierge and they ran over candles to Catch within 5 minutes on a Thursday night. My friend left her wedding rings on the sink and the bellman drove them to the airport to meet and give them to her. The hotel is in a great location that you can walk almost anywhere to shop and eat or you can take the shuttle. Would come here again and again."

"It’s Aspen, everything is blown out of proportion cost wise. I did enjoy my stay and their staff. Rooms are clean and spacious but certainly not a 5 star hotel at $3000/night. When I spend that kind of money I expect quite a bit more accommodation but then again it’s Aspen and not New York. Again, it’s a nice place and if you’ve never been, at least try it once."
