"Been taking the pups here for close to 3 years and have nothing but great things to say! The staff are pretty dang incredible and very informative about our pet's stay and go above and beyond to accommodate when possible. This place has made it possible for me to have my mind at ease that my dogs are in great care and pickup has always been happy and healthy! "Initially thought the place was pretty good. They lost her toy the first time she was there, but no biggie because it was a toy we were willing to lose. The second time she went there, she came back nit acting like her usual self. Didn't think much was off, she had been there for 20 days. However, come to find out she swallowed a glove while there. My baby, who has had GI surgery already so we informed them she can't be left with anything soft, was allowed to swallow a whole glove. If we wanted negligence, we would have left her with one of hubby's coworkers for free. And we can't afford to even take her to the vet now to make sure she doesn't have anything left, or anything else for that matter."
"Rampart Kennels exceeds expectations from the moment you call to make an appointment, and from the time you walk out the door. The staff, and the groomer Emily felt like immediate friends and I knew my pup was in great hands. It was honestly fun to chat with the staff and hand my dog over for a few hours and to pick him up knowing he had a great day and was groomed to perfection!"
