"A trailer park without trailers. Dont stay here unless you like filthy trailer parks! The owner grows and sells weed in Delta county which is illegal! Even worse she has the tenants working for pot so they can receive breaks on rent. People raising their kids in rooms you cant even walk around. Gross. There was food in fridge and flies everywhere in the room upon checking in. They DO NOT clean or maintain rooms. The mattresses were filthy. No vacuum for the stained floors. They need to get reported to the health department."
