"Expensive and lack of communication. I have been using a cpap for years and Colorado sleep is almost triple what I typically pay out of pocket. The tele visit check in calls that CSI schedules every 90 days are hundreds of dollars out of pocket and the information discussed is basically word for word the information provided to you already from your machine. The billing department seems to be out sourced and is very difficult to communicate with and from the reviews I'm not the only one with these issues."
"This is the most unprofessional medial experience I have ever had. My overnight sleep study was cancelled 2 hours prior to my appointment via a text message with no apology, explanation or contact info. I was then contacted by them the next morning to see why I hadn’t shown up. What?!? I was told the Operations Manager, Hilda Mendoza, is the inly person in the organization that can answer my very simple questions. It has now been over a week with countless messages left for Hilda Mendoza, with no response. This is NO WAY to treat a patient; shame on you."
"This place is awful. You have no idea which organization you are working with between the doc office, the people who manage the CPAP and some other org Elan Sleep. They send bills with no description of what the bill is for, just expecting for you to pay. I was just on hold for 16 minutes to try and determine what the latest bill was for to get a voicemail saying they were closed. They also lie and say that insurance requires you to pay for a wireless service but that insurance wont pay for it. um, what? If insurance actually does require it then they would pay. DO NOT GO HERE."
"I did not make it to the appointment segment of the teleconference, I could not sign in because the computer sign in step that collects money was not programmed to get information regarding copays and fees that are no owed because share of costs have all been met. In other words, they would not allow me to participate in an appointment until I paid $40.00 I did not owe and my appointment was at 7:30 before the office was open. Their bungling caused me to miss the appointment, but I did get a return call later that I was all caught up on copays. So I missed sleep to keep an appointment with a company that claims to treat sleep disorders, for a bill I did not owe but could not get treatment unless I paid that bill, then was confirmed I did not owe the bill after the appointment was missed. They wasted time for both parties and made nothing doing it. No thanks."
"The PA no showed to my new patient telehealth appointment and then put in the notes that I no showed. I spent 40+ minutes waiting on the call for “my care team to join”, and I spent over an hour on another phone trying to call the office four different times before I finally got through to someone, got transferred multiple times, and eventually was told I had to reschedule my appointment and I got transferred to the new patient scheduling, waited on hold for ten minutes before hearing a receptionists voicemail and had to leave another message. I’m pretty sure they’re offshoring their scheduling and reception because they said they don’t have a direct number to contact the provider and I would have to message the provider through the patient portal. When I did that, I got an automatic response that said I will be replied to within 2 business days. This office is very unprofessional. I want my copay (that they said I had to prepay before my appointment) back."
