"While I don't have a happy ending to my story, I did have an extremely positive experience with Banfield Monument during a challenging medical emergency with my 12 y.o. female cat. Dr. Claire Roberts was my assigned vet doc for my cat who had basically a terminal diagnosis. She maintained quick, thorough communication on test results throughout the day via phone and an impressive level of compassion and integrity when developing the best plan for my baby. The entire staff I encountered (the only vet tech name I remember is Rebecca, sorry!) were caring and there is clearly an "all hands on deck" approach where even the receptionists were aware of what was going on with my sweet girl. I will be seeing and trusting them again to establish primary care for her brother cat.
