"Not impressed one bit! Called about a "special" that they were running; ran out there the SAME day (yesterday)to do the tour, tour guide did not know the answers for a lot of things we asked. Asked her about options for paying, she said she would get back with me today, and we were TOLD that the special was still available! We went to the bank, arranged financing, and TODAY she called me back, and told me that the special was no longer, and that they had accepted payment for it YESTERDAY morning!! BEFORE our tour; what a waste of time! We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. The most troubling thing is that we were told it is a very disorganized school, and we were willing to deal with that for a better price, but we will be making other plans!"
"Just got home from taking my son on his first Discovery Flight with Michelle as our Pilot... What an amazing experience, she is responsible for creating a new airman! My son can't stop talking about it and she was great at making sure she was answering all his questions and giving him a great experience... There is a reason these guys are so Highly Rated for flight schools in the Colorado Springs area.. we will be back!!"

"Traveled from a different state. Been to Springs Aviation before. They lost my sons paperwork. Canceled the flight and did not reimburse us. Told us to find a different training center. Treated a Retired Army Pilot like dirt. Not a place for Veterans!!! Don't recommend this location for anyone learning to fly."
