"This school is disgusting, the school smells like gas, scince they cant even control their Science Labs. This Getto school, does not have an auditorium. If you love your children, dont send them here."
"Kids are out of control. Bullying in this school is ridiculous. It takes forever for parents to get the principle to do his job. And the teachers push their political agenda. It's sad all the schools in this district are horrible or I would send my children somewhere else."
"The bullying at this school is ridiculous. They have a no bullying policy but when a student is violent towards another student they just talk with the parents. They do not remove the student that is violent without the parents complaining and going to the Superintendent. The teachers on the other hand argue with the students if they do not believe politically the way they do. The principle never calls you back, you have to walk in unannounced to get anything accomplished for your children."
"Going to this school is draining at times. Many of the core classes aren't about teaching but more memory. My little brother, one of the smartest people in my opinion, has given up on learning because it's about memory. Vista Ridge has a diversity of classes and a couple of great teachers, but otherwise I wouldn't reccomend sending your student here."
"I'm a student at Vista Ridge. Mr. Grose has tried to fire the best teacher at the school because the teacher questions his decisions like she should. If you are not a top elite, you will see how unfair the school is. The school treats athletes better than other groups and is generally overcrowded. The few good things are the staff that care about their jobs who haven't been bullied by Mr. Grose and the diversity of the classes. The student council does not have any say even though they are supposed to have a voice for the everyday students. Don't send freshmen here even as a person who was not here freshmen year there is an obvious hatred of freshmen. At every pep rally I've been to, everyone boos the freshmen and nobody says anything. This gives the freshmen a bad attitude towards the school. The group's they have to help freshmen never make it past the first week. Every plan the administration develop, never stays for long. This school does a bad job at the one job it has: to teach the students. In summary, the school has no stability from a poor foundation and is teaching students that the youth can do nothing against adults."
