"If I could give zero stars I would. Brought something important to the schools attention. The instructors obviously don’t value how the academy looks because their students are gambling in the classroom rather than learning basic customer service skills like answering the phone or completing a successful haircut. If their instructors are the only “managers” they have available then they need to act more professional or find something safe to do. Gambling at one’s place work/ learning, no matter what, is still UNacceptable. Quid pro quo comes to mind."

She also made the experience so fun and light hearted as she talked with me about life while doing my hair and I couldn't be more grateful. I absolutely recommend going to Lily to get anything styling, cut, or color because she takes her time and makes sure your hair looks great with the way you want it to be.
